I had the pleasure of spending some time with David Kelley last month discussing how work environment can enable or hinder the creative process. He introduced me to a book he had just finished collaborating on titled Make Space. I urge anyone who is trying to transform their workspace into an incubator for idea-sharing and prototyping, to pick up a copy of this book.
At Chick-fil-A, we have been on a 2+ year journey to design and construct our own design and innovation center- HATCH. With the unveiling less than two months away, I am going to be devoting some time to sharing some of our learnings and experiences.
